We will ship to: Shipments are to arrive No Sooner than April 21st and No Later than April 24th. We will be Loading up the shipments about noon on the 25th. When you ship please fax a copy of the bill of lading to Dennis Garrity at 203-397-0020. This will allow us to match what you shipped with what we received and load on the DREC Truck. Please remember that in most cases we use the ramp on the back of the truck to load and unload. Having wheels on your wood boxes & display crates really helps. The ramp width is 22 inches, so your wheels can be no wider than that. Handles attached to your wood boxes & display crates are also a big advantage. We will load and unload a total of 13 times so that means the condition of your containers need to be excellent at the start. There are no weight limits but remember we are lifting or rolling each container so please pack with safety in mind. Dennis Garrity

2. IF AN ATTENDEE NEEDS PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES YOU DO NOT SUPPLY, TAKE HIM OR HER TO THE SPONSOR THAT DOES.
3. HELP YOUR FELLOW SPONSORS.
4. BE A TEAM PLAYER. COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, SUGGESTIONS, OR CRITICISMS DIRECT THEM TO A STEERING COMMITTEE MEMBER.
5. ALWAYS BE THERE TO HELP LOAD AND UNLOAD THE TRUCK.
6. SAFETY FIRST!! DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE. REPORT ALL INJURIES TO DENNIS GARRITY.
